Common Rules
You, as a buyer, may purchase goods and services from store owners on Althemy who have an online store. The following provisions set forth the policies applicable to any purchase that You make on or from the Althemys Site. By using the services and features (the "Services") offered through the Site, you (and any other person or entity on whose behalf you may be acting) are accepting and agreeing to these terms set forth below, which will constitute a binding agreement betweenYou and Althemy. By using the Services of the Site, You are accepting and agreeing also to our Terms and Conditions and privacy policy, which you acknowledge you have fully read and understood.

Althemy is a marketplace that permits users to offer, sell and buy products and services. Althemy is not directly involved in the transaction between a Store Owner and a buyer. As a marketplace that only allows the transactions to happen, Althemy has no control over the ownership, quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of the products or services being sold. Althemy has no liability whatsoever for the prices charged by Store Owners for shipping goods and services to buyers.
Althemy does not pre-screen the goods, the services or the content offered by the Store Owners. Due to that, although we reserve our right to take down any product or service that we believe does not belong on Althemy, we cannot assure you that each product/service offered on the online shops is eligible and appropriate. Althemy cannot ensure that a buyer or Store Owner will actually complete a transaction.
You agree You will not hold Althemy liable for any action, or inaction of any user of the Site or with respect to goods or services they might sell from their Althemy Store.

You agree that under no circumstances shall Althemy be liable for direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, incidental, consequential, exemplary or other damages, resulting from any aspect of your use of the site or the services, whether the damages arise from use or misuse of the site or the services, from inability to use the site or the services, or the interruption, suspension, modification, alteration, or termination of the site or the services. The foregoing limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our Services for any reason, without notice, at any time. We reserve the right to alter or amend these Terms or other Site policies at any time. Any notices of termination or modification to the Services or the Terms will take effect when set forth on the Site.
Limitations of Althemy as a Venue
As mentioned above, Althemy is a marketplace that permits users to offer, sell and buy products and services. Althemy is not directly involved in the transaction between a Seller (Store Owner) and a buyer. By shopping on Althemy, you understand that:

1. You are not buying directly from Althemy, but from one of the many talented sellers on our website;
2. Althemy does not pre-screen sellers and therefore does not guarantee or endorse any items sold on Althemy or any content posted by sellers (such as photographs or language used in listings or shop policies); and
3. Each seller on Althemy has their own processing times, shipping methods, and shop policies.

Purchasing an Item or service on Althemy

When you buy from a Online Store on Althemy, youre directly purchasing from an independent business or person, each with its unique listings, policies, processing times, and payment systems. By making a purchase from a seller on Althemy, you agree that you:

1.Have read the item description and Online Store policies (if any) before making a purchase;
2. Have submitted appropriate payment for item(s) purchased; and
3. Have provided accurate shipping information to the seller.

Problems with an Order or Returning an Item

Problems with an Order
Althemy is not directly involved in the transaction between a Seller (Store Owner) and a buyer. Because of this, in case your purchase from a seller does not go as expected, we encourage you to contact him directly. If the seller is unresponsive you can contact us so we can try to reach the seller and to mediate towards establishing the communication.

As a last measure, in case the payment is made via PayPal you can use PayPal refund service. Here you can find more information about PayPal refund service: https://www.paypal.com/gr/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns
Returning an Item
Each seller has his or her own return policies, which should be outlined in their Online Store. Not all sellers accept returns. If you reside in the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling off period, or a right of withdrawal, during which you may return an item for any reason.
